The website provides a geoportal but it does not comply with the requirements of this theme. However, they provide samples of the geodata available [https://www.hgk.msb.gov.tr/english/u-20-sample-digital-geospatial-data.html] with a specific request of not using the data for anything other than personal use, academic studies and educational researches and testing/evaluating GCM data prior to purchasing.
