Pour satisfaire les exigences à minima de cette catégorie, les données doivent être disponibles sur les niveaux des composants chimiques par source d'eau.

This submission is valid, thank you Omar Luna for contributing to the Global Open Data Index. Added XLS format for population data (from census). Not able to find data on unemployment of GDP. Clear open license doesn't exist but the 'Cartas de Derecho' suggest data should be in public domain & free of charge.
