Possible to download the data at a polling station level, including the 5 categories 2012 Presidential elections data only available in HTML. As for public domain, the submitter answered that the info is of public domain, but it is expressed on the Terms and Services (https://www.tse.gob.sv/modApp/tos.html) that: “Digital materials are owned by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal or a third party to whom the service is provided. All content and materials are governed by international copyright law, trademark. Any use that does not meet the purpose of the creation of the digital material will be in violation of said laws.
