Data available (https://www.dvk-rs.si/) include results for major electoral contests, registered votes and invalid votes, but no information on spoiled ballots. Data is up to date. As for 2012 presidential elections results, it is available through PDF format, although it is possible to access the data by district in HTML format (https://www.dvk-rs.si/arhivi/vp2012/udelezba2/udelezba_okraji.html). As for 2014 parliamentary Election results, they are available in XLS and HTML format. Regarding the license, the disclaimer on https://www.dvk-rs.si/index.php/si/pravno-obvestilo asserts that under Slovenian Law these results are not subject to Copyright and so can be reused freely.
