Your submission is valid. Thank you very much for contributing to the Global Open Data Index. The website is easily found through a Google search for "new zealand company register" which leads to the Companies Office page (https://www.companiesoffice.govt.nz). All 4 required characteristics were found online: New Zealand's companies' names, addresses and unique identifiers are included in company extracts which can be viewed online as .HTML files or viewed and downloaded in .PDF form. Annual Returns and Financial Statements are also available in image-based .PDF form. According to user kayakr on the discuss.okfn.org forum, the data are potentially available as JSON via the NZBN API https://api.business.govt.nz/api/apis/info?name=NZBN&version=v3&provider=mbiecreator#tab0 (provided one signs up to the MBIE API Access Agreement and can successfully authenticate). The data are publicly available and can be downloaded for free from the Companies Office website. However, the data are available through a search mask and it is necessary to know the names of an entity in order to find it. For every search only the first 200 results are automatically available and one needs to complete a form to request the remaining results of their search. Data are updated on different dates. For instance, CITIBANK, N.A. (377792) was lastly updated on 01/06/2016 while DEUTSCHE BANK AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT (834338) on 19/12/2016 (today's date is 08/02/2017).
