The main source for Draft Legislation is the Stortinget website. It provides all necessary required data to qualify as open data. It is the primary source for the content of legislation, transcripts, votes, authors, and status. The Strotinget website is coupled with an official database site that allows for data querying in various formats as well as table and graph building. This source does not include content of legislation, but does provide ability to query (including downloading XML data) on status, authors, voting and the like. Thus, the data is considered to be downloadable at once.
