[Reviewer Comment] I also think that B2 and B2.2 should be No. It is very difficult to find any bills on the website indicated by the original submitter (I have only seen one bill). Even for the one bill that I did find, the status of the bill and the author of the bill was missing. Since two required characteristics are not present, then B2 should be answered with No. |
