Downloadable at once Yes A Met Office tutorial indicates the DataPoint service can now be used to download "a complete list of the forecasts for every location in the UK at each available timestep" in either XML or JSON format. I have interpreted that as meaning the whole dataset is downloadable at once. (This obviates the need to revisit last year's debate about whether the separate API on Azure Marketplace really supplies bulk data.)
