The submission was accepted but for other reasons than the ones stated in the submitter comment. Forecast data is provided for precipitation and temperature extremes, but not for wind speed or strength (a list of forecast services can be found at: https://www.met.gov.my/web/metmalaysia/services). Therefore the data is considered not to be entirely published online. The data is also not openly licensed (https://www.met.gov.my/web/metmalaysia/copyrightnotice). It is available in HTML.
