The submission was accepted and amended. The 3-day forecast exists, but only indicates minimum and maximum temperature as well as a general weather description (about cloud coverage). There is no indication of wind speed or direction. It could not be verified whether the general weather description describes precipitation amount. Forecasts for the current and following day are a slightly more informative. Weather maps show the wind direction and temperature (without any indication of measurement unit like Celsius). The data is embedded in HTML, but quite unprecise - the names of weather symbols are not self-explaining and do not indicate how much rain is falling in a region for example. Besides that, the website contains highly outdated information (historical data from 2015) and there seems to be no consistent pattern how historical data is archived. Thank you, Arianit Dobroshi, for contributing to the Global Open Data Index.
