The original submission/review has been modified to reflect the openness of the data: the Parliament's information is not openly licensed, and the information is not available in an open format. I have added additional links to point to the availability of votes and transcripts. Navigating the Parliament's website, the listed dates for bills appear to be a few years out of date, however when considering the Bill Tracker PDF document that is updated on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, provides up-to-date information regarding the reading dates, bill sponsors and status. The content of the bill is available for download in PDF format. Votes and proceedings are available for PDF download here: https://www.parliament.go.ke/the-national-assembly/house-business/votes-and-proceedings, while transcripts of debates are available here: https://www.parliament.go.ke/the-national-assembly/house-business/hansard.
