The website provides all data at: https://www.hnms.gr/hnms/english/forecast/meteogram_city_html?dr_city=Andros Current observations are available at: https://www.hnms.gr/hnms/english/observation/observation_region_html The data is not openly licensed as it is stated in the terms of use: "The content of this website is freely available for informational purposes. The Hellenic National Meteorological Service (HNMS) reserves the copyright for all material presented in these pages. Commercial use of this website, or parts of it by third parties is prohibited. For non-commercial public use of this site, authorization by the HNMS is required." Also manual transcriptions would be necessary to make the data usable - they are stored in an image file, embedded in HTML.
