findable_steps	Searches on navigation on Gov.uk. Additional searches on Data.gov.uk and Google did not return any additional sources.	The annual budget documents are easily discoverable by searching Gov.uk. There is structured data but it is not a particular focus. In the UK the annual budget is public-facing and the emphasis is on taxation and strategic economic decisions rather than planned expenditure at the departmental level. Data on departmental spending limits is available in the PESA documents, which are also discoverable on Gov.uk but difficult to find if you don't know exactly what you've looking for. It is likely that to gain a full understanding of this subject the user would also need to look at annual reports of individual departments, which are not collected centrally and tend not to contain much structured data. Generally speaking in my view this is not an area when UK open data is particularly transparent.
