Original submission by Aleksi Knuutila, stated "Some data is in the process of being opened, as of January 2017. This data includes documents related to the legislative process, the discussions held in parliament, as well as votes on bills. According to the civil servants working on the issue, this data will be available in February 2017, though there might be some delays from this schedule."

From the Finlex website that is easily searchable, one of the three main tabs on the main page is "Recent Legislation and Bills," under which data for the latest draft bills are clearly identified. The title, status and author, alongside other pertinent information such as the dates it has been discussed, and by whom, are all available to view in HTML. The content of the bill is available to view and download in PDF.
