The only access to draft bills on this website I (as the reviewer) could find was draft laws posted on the Federal Gazette. The Federal Gazette contains all other sorts of announcements, decisions, initiatives, etc. along with some bills. So the Content of the Bill could be found. The Author of the Bill could not be found (although the department to which the bill pertained was listed). The status of the bill could also not be found. Transcripts and votes were also missing. Since the dataset was missing two required characteristics and I couldn't find an alternate source, the original submission was rejected. |
