Rejected submission since not all required data is available. Results available include registered votes, major results, invalid and blank votes, no information for spoiled ballots. Website presents several navigation obstacles, such as heavy load, broken links for results, captcha for most the consults. Submitter also refers to incomplete datasets. 2016 Referendum results are announced with a banner in the homepage (https://resultados2016.oep.org.bo/) but they are only available through HTML at polling station. PDF files are also available (https://tse.oep.org.bo/images/resultados_referendo_constitucional_2016.pdf). 2015 Referendum results are announced as well but the link is broken (https://resultados.oep.org.bo/ResultadosRef/). 2012, 2013, 2014 Elections results and 2015 Subnational elections results (https://www.oep.org.bo/index.php/elecciones-subnacionales-2015/990-resultados-elecciones-subnacionales-2015) are only available through PDF format (ie. https://www.oep.org.bo/index.php/procesos-electorales/elecciones-generales-2014). By the end of the 2016 Referendum results webpage there’s a “All rights reserved” disclaimer, similar in organization’s webpage.
