Your submission is valid. Thank you very much for contributing to the Global Open Data Index. However, information on online data availability and data update frequency has been updated. Information on company data are available on the website FUNDEMPRESA, a non-profit foundation that operates the Trade Registry of Bolivia (Concesionaria del Registro de Comercio de Bolivia). On the home page there are links in the sidebar on the left ("Consulta de Empresas") that redirect to query forms in the form of a pop-up window (https://www.fundempresa.org.bo/). Although the data are free of charge, they are available through a search mask and it is necessary to know an entity's name, business registration number, tax identification number, or operating license consultation in order to find it. The data include company name, registration number, legal and commercial address, operating license, phone number and e-mail address. The additional options of legal information (constitution and amendments, legal representatives, partners, kardex) and financial information also appear but if selected, the access is denied and one needs to be registered in order to access it. The data are in .HTML format and not downloadable at once as only one entity at a time can be viewed. Update frequency is not made known. FUNDEMPRESA holds all the rights provided by copyright law (2011).
