There is relevant data available as a view/discovery service - CadGIS Viewer Public. However, it is not fully compliant with the requirements of this theme. There is no accessible information related to land property and even if the basic info (ID, area, type) can be downloaded as CSV, the SHP / GML export with more details requires payment.
