The submission was rejected because weather forecast data does not meet all required data. Weather forecast data is available for current day plus four following days for: temperature extremes, as well as precipitation amount. Precipitation amount is described verbally ("brief scattered showers" or similar). No wind data is provided as forecast data. The data is hosted on the website as HTML, and cannot be downloaded. Longer-term forecasts (several months) for precipitation can be downloaded as pdf files showing rain distribution on a heat map. The submitter stated that data was quickly findable, through a google search, as well as on the websites of the meteorological service. The reviewer can confirm this.
