The link provided by the submitter for the Statistical Business Register by "INSTAT Republika e Shqiperise Instituti i Statistikave" (https://www.instat.gov.al/en/themes/statistical-business-register.aspx) does not contain any Government Business Registry Data. The .XLS files available contain only basic statistical information that are of no interest. No data containing company names, their unique identifiers, and addresses could be found. Hence, the name of the organisation that collects the data, the link where the data can be found, and the description were replaced with those of the National Business Center where data are available for free through a search mask, so it is necessary to know the name, address, or identification number of an entity in order to find it. The data cannot be downloaded all at once, it is necessary to download a Historical Extract or Simple Extract in .PDF form for a specific entity. How often or when the data were last updated updated is unknown, as is whether the data are openly licensed/in public domain since the links to the Transparency Program's Legislation do not work.
