Collected by government	Yes	All the accounting transactions from Brazil federal government are registered at the Integrated Government Financial Management System (SIAFI) from the National Treasury, a department of the Ministry of Finance. However, this system is restricted only for public servers. There is another system from the National Treasury for accessing Government Spending, Management Treasury (Tesouro Gerencial), which is also restricted. The information can be accessed by anyone in others systems such as Portal da Transparência (Ministry of Transparency, Fiscalization and General Controllership of the Union), SIGA (Federal Senate) and SIOP ( from Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management).
