GNAF is the national geocoded address file, and as such, it fulfills the requirements as it gives coordinates for all addresses including their postcodes, which is more accurate than postcode centroids or polygons. There are non-free versions of postcode boundaries (https://www.psma.com.au/products/postcode-boundaries) and centroids (https://postcode.auspost.com.au/product_display.html?id=4). The ABS also freely publishes approximations of postcode boundaries to coincide with the 5-yearly Census release http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/abs@.nsf/Lookup/by%20Subject/1270.0.55.003~July%202016~Main%20Features~Postal%20Areas%20(POA)~8

[Original submitter comment]On a bill page (ie http://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r5735), the text (initial and as passed) is available under "Text of Bill", along with Explanatory Memoranda and a Bills Digest (if applicable). The link to Transcript of speeches refers you to the specific Hansard segments discussing the Bill, along with any Votes and Proceedings (where recorded).

[Reviewer Comments] As a reviewer I made no changes to the submission. I could verify that all answers are accurate and the dataset contains all required characteristics.

The 87 Water Utilities conduct their own daily assessments of water quality, against the National Guidelines, and take action should levels cross thresholds. They report annually on these levels, and these reports are in turn assessed for compliance with the guidelines. There is no continuous national set of figures, no national network of stations reporting daily, and little coordination between the utilities.

The data specification does not reveal that the dataset would have information related to property value [https://www.psma.com.au/sites/default/files/cadlite_product_description.pdf], thus the data [https://www.psma.com.au/products/cadlite] is not fully compliant with the survey requirements.
