Data about the bills discussed within national parliament as well as votings on bills (not to mix with passed national law). Data on bills must be available for the current legislation period. Open data on the law-making process is crucial for parliamentary transparency: What does a bill text say and how does it change over time? Who introduces a bill? Who votes for and against it? Where is a bill discussed next, so the public can participate in debates? This data category draws on work by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the Declaration of Parliamentary Openness.

|Publicly available||No||Data is provided in the following URL:http://www.arp.tn/site/projet/AR/index.jsp?c_t=17&prof=5 This website contains content of bill, status and transcripts of debates. However, the data is missing a required characteristic: author of the bill. As a reviewer I can not read Arabic and could not read the full text of the bill. Based on gr33ndata's feedback on the forum I came to the conclusion that author is not available. According to gr33ndata bills contain signatures of submitters, but it is difficult from the signature to determine who the person is. An optional characteristic, votes, were also missing from the data (the original submission also indicated this)|
