findable 1 The data is not searchable, the site has upwards of 1.6 milion documents. If you do not know exactly what document to retrieve, you'll not be able to find it.
findable_steps They do not have a search interface to find the data. You need to know the document type and number, or the date in which it was published. The government announced that it will upgrade the site to have basic search capabilities.

location - Option to switch site's language to either Portuguese or English, making the site easier to decipher.
The government has announced an upgrade to the current site that will address some of the problems with the current one. It should be on-line early next year.
