The 2015 result from the Open Budget Index shown that the data is exist http://survey.internationalbudget.org/#rankings There are no evidence found from the Ministry of Economy and Finance official website to confirm that the data exist.
Comment Reviewer: this should be checked again by somebody speaking the language. But with my limited understanding, I think the ZIP file contains at least one table with the estimates for 2017 on an overview level.
