What data is expected?

3-day forecasts of temperature, precipitation and wind. Forecasts have to be provided for several regions in the country. Short-term weather forecasts are relevant for the general public to plan activities, while also being reliable. See our methodology section for more information.

The original submission was not accepted, because not all required data characteristics are available online. The website of the Meteorological and Hydrological Service, Republic of Croatia (http://meteo.hr/index_en.php), shows forecasts with temperature extremes, wind direction and precipitation for the current day and the following day. Forecasts for the third day are available in weather maps for wind speed and precipitation, but not for temperature. So there is no regional forecast for temperature for the third day.
