findable 3 After landing on the Organismo Judicial website, it was easy to find the database. The only difficulty was in identifying which department actually provided the data. I found the relevant department through a link on the Congress webpage http://www.congreso.gob.gt/.
findable_steps Followed link for Organismo Judicial from Congress website/Publicaciones/Leyes Resoluciones/Base de Datos/Normativa/Leyes Ordinarias
Collected by government Yes The original submission had answered B1 with no and gave the rationale that Congress does not provide full texts of laws. This is true. But the data is still available, and it is instead made available by the Organismo Judicial (a government department) through the "Centro Nacional de Análisis y Documentación Judicial"

characteristics Content of the law / status, Date of last amendment, Amendments to the law (if applicable) Content of the law and the date it came into force is identified. Date of last amendment can be derived by looking at the last entry on the chronological list of amendments. Amendments are listed on a separate page from the content of the law. The names of the amending laws, dates and the relevant sections with the corresponding text are made available.

The original submission was rejected because it stated that data was not available. As a reviewer I was able to find the data (it was just provided by a different government department). Accordingly, I filled out the rest of the survey with my findings (check comments for more information).

The original submission was rejected because it incorrectly stated that the government did not provide the data. The current submission is updated to indicate that all required characteristics could be found (on a different source from that used by the original submission).
